text-indent: 2em; letter-spacing: 2px; font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">良性阵发性位置性眩晕，俗称耳石症，是由内耳椭圆囊囊斑上的耳石脱落引起的短暂性眩晕疾病。这种眩晕是可以看得见的，仔细观察头晕患者的双眼，头位改变后患者双眼会出现不自主晃动，这时头晕就开始了，当眼球不再晃动了，头晕也就停止了，整个头晕过程可以看得清清楚楚。典型表现为夜间、早晨于床上翻身、起床、躺下、低头、抬头时突发的剧烈头晕，视物旋转，这种眩晕症状通常持续数秒至数十秒，一般不超过一分钟，常同时伴有恶心、呕吐、心慌、出汗等症状，有少部分病人会出现起床时头晕并不受控制的突然后仰摔倒于床上。</span><span style="text-indent: 2em;font-size: var(--articleFontsize);letter-spacing: 0.034em;"></span></p><p style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;
